Spa/Salon Etiquette 

For Esthetic Service appointments that exceed 1 hour a credit card number will be needed

to book your appointment. If you need to cancel we respectfully require 24 hours notice to

avoid being charged the full service fee. Thank you for your understanding.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL CLINICS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please not that Laser Hair Removal  appointments are now subject to a 50% deposit on total amount owing for

individual treatments or 20% deposit on packages due at time of booking your appointment. Cancellation of an appointment

is accepted up to 48 hours in advance with full credit to another time slot. Cancelled or missed appointments with less than

48 hours notice will incur in a loss of deposit payment.

Before any Spa Treatment we will ask you to complete our Client History Form. We request

that you disclose any allergies, medical conditions and/or prescription medication to our

Spa Therapist as Salon services might have contraindications.

Please respect our other guests and turn off cell phones and pagers during your visit.

We love children however this is an environment designed to create peace and relaxation for adults...

therefor children under 12 are not allowed in the Spa except they have an appointment for a service.

Giftcertificates are available and can be purchased at the Spa or by telephone.
